Technical User
Hi,
We've recently installed a large number (1000+) of E129 handsets and are getting some very strange errors occurring.
Some users are able to make calls as their handset show them as logged in however they are unable to receive calls as the system see's the handset as not registered.
Also, some users can pick up their handset and can eavesdrop on a conversation that is already occurring between two completely seperate E129 extensions without actually having to dial anything. This is causing major confusion and all Avaya have said so far is that it is an anomaly!
Can anyone shed some light on this please even if it is to tell me that you've had the same problem.
Thanks
