On most of the calls we are getting E121700.
Supervision showing error msg as "Service Observation failed-no recording(1450)".
Is there any relation of service observation failed and E121700 ?
we have sniffed the Cisco IP phones VLAN on to logger sniffer port. Both ports are 100 MBPS full duplex.
Able to see incresing received count on span_NIC .
Kindly advice to restore the system i.e recording to normal..
