E1/T1 Dual framer hardware problem

Hi All

Am building a new system with an E1/T1 card dual framer card.
When machine is fired up under the controller module config form you normally see the card type shown, in this instance it shows "unsupported dual framer"

I have never seen this message before. I have:
- Reseated card
- performed upgradebootrom All (though I don't think it works for dual framer cards)
- Tried in 2nd module slot

All to no avail.

I suspect is a dud card, but any Ideas????

The CX controller does not support Dual E1 cards.

Only E1 combo cards.

Arrr Silly me

Makes absolute sense.......My Sales guy ordered all the kit through sales work bench. Didn't even think about that.

I have only instlled dual cards with Mxe controller.

SWB should not have let you order this if you used the config tool. If he just selected parts from the catalogue then ok but with the tool this would not have happenend.
