Hi guys,

I have a client with problem E1, is showing "No trunk licence available for call", I understand that the delivery carrier for E1 channels and going in relation to what you have configured in the IP Office, however talking with someone tells me that E1 card by default comes with a license for 8 channels, is this correct?, as far as I understood the E1 does not need licenses, the carrier is providing the channels.

Please I need help

Thanks,

It does.. You have to avail one.. Analog trunks doesn't need any license for it to work..FYI..

Edgar, you have the answer in the other thread you started, making a new thread doesn't change the answer unfortunately. They only come licenced for 8 channels if you need more you need to buy additional channel licences :)
