How do i get caller ID to be displayed by called party when i call from an IP office via my E1 R2 PRI circuit?

You may have to rephrase this question, I'm not entirely sure what you mean and which caller ID you're willing to show to whom :)

Showing your outbound caller ID: add the S to your outbound dial string in your ARS. ?/.S0123456789/Line Number

Ofcourse this all depends on whether your provider accepts this and how. Some need all digits, some need less.

K,

I have this IP Office connecting to the Telco Via an E1 (R2 PRI) , When I call a subscriber on the Telco's network from an extension on the IP OFFICE their display shows "unknown" and the extension number don't show.

.......

Then you need to figure out with your provider if and how to send to numbers.

If you want to send DID's use the following format: ?/.S1234E/Line. Ofcourse DID's and extensions need to match, otherwise this will not work.

And remember, you can't send numbers you don't own.

could you please explain the format: ?/.S1234E/Line.

didn't get it

This is the entry you make in your ARS. The default is ?/./Dial/0. (Code/Telephone Number/Feature/Line) (If your in the US, it may also say 9N/N/Dial/0)

On ISDN you have several codes to form your outgoing number. Let's say your outgoing (main number) is (088)1234500 and your internal extensions are 5XX.

If you want to send this number it would say ?/.S881234500/Dial/0 (US: 9N/NS881234500/Dial/0).
If you want to send an extension as your outgoing caller ID it would say ?/.S881234E/Dial/0 (US: 9N/NS881234E/Dial/0).

See how this works? That's why I said your DID's and internal extensions need to match for this to work. If your extensions would be 4XX the E code wouldn't work and you'd have a lot more programming to do (you'd have to specify it for each individual user. ARGH!).

This is all provided your provider allows you to send numbers; it also depends on the format. I'm stating it here as 9 digits because that's what I usually use here in The Netherlands.

Mind you, you can only send numbers that belong on your circuit. There's not much point in sending a number that a) doesn't belong to you and b) doesn't route back to you :) (And ofcourse, if when you bought your circuit, you negotiated to not show your number, this is not going to work too :p)
