E1 line, hunting, DID basic settings for NS500

Hello,
Need a bit of advice on common and basic settings for E1 CO line, hunting, DID,
I have connected our new E1 from ISP mux to our E1 card and I can see E1 card status is normal & synchronised.
Going to the E1 port settings, all 30port shows 'Fault'

I tried to set an extension with one of our DID. Calling party only receive busy tone. I assume there are other configurations that need to be done, either on the E1 card or extension settings.

Mind to share some points to look at? Appreciate it, thank you!

Hello guys, Updates;

Card Property
Line Coding: AMI (A)
Frame Sequence: PCM30 (B)
Frame Option: C=0, D=1 (C*)

Port Property
Trunk Property: Public
CO Dial Mode: DTMF (C*)
E1 Receiver Type: Undefined (C*)

with current settings now, E1 cards shows 'Normal' and 'Syncronised', yet still getting busy tone when calling from outside/external.

(A) tried HDB3, all 30-channels show 'Fault'
(B) tried PCM30-CRC , E1 card status show Out Of Sync
(C*) tried all available options, no changes

Any other settings I will need to look at?
