Hi there

I have 100 desktop pc's that are not in a domain. I need to roll out an manage Virus Scan TC, is this possible using e-policy orchestrator in a non domain environment?

Thanks

You can. All you need to deploy is the ePO agent and it will take care of deploying and managing TC. This should be detailed in the ePO product guide.

I have deployed EpO always in a Domain environment with no problems, but now I have one XP client in a workgroup. EpO runs on the DC. Can't get the agent communicating with EpO on this XP machine. Also a wake-up call won't do anything.

Any authentication issues to take in concern?

YOu can verify if the machine is accessible from the XP client. Try this:

address>:8081

This will try to see if you can communicate with the ePO agent on the XP machine from the ePO server.

Hi I encountered this problem too.
I installed manually the epo agent on each of this servers and most of them do not communicate with my epo server. I have install on epo server on DMZ 2 and I couldn't see the rest of my servers in DMZ 1. What could be happening?

This is a routing problem. Make sure the ePO server is in a subnet which can be accessed by everybody (something like a server pool subnet).
