Hi

can someone advise me of the best way to achieve the following.

I want all employees in the company to have a standard message at the bottom of all e-mails they send out.
Ideally I would like the message to contain there name and e-mail address as well.
Is there a way of setting this up on exchange server or do I have to set it up on each individual machine.

Use the product from

It is a trial but they let the Disclaimer working after the trial is over.

Otherwise, you have to add Eventsinks

If you don't know about them, you certainly don't want to go that road.
It is the programming part for Exchange.
