E-mail hyperlink

I have a field in one of my contacts forms that holds the contact's e-mail address and I would like to set it up as a hyperlink that, when clicked, launches Outlook Express and inserts that address into the "To:" field of a new e-mail. Has anyone ever done anything like this before? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
