It is becoming more and more important for clients to receive documents via e-mail. My company stores the vast majority of its date in Access. I would like to be able to e-mail a copy of forms and reports to the clients. I know this is possible through an export process, but that can be extremely time consuming and cumbersome. I would like to know if there is a way to E-mail directly from Access. My thoughts lean toward changing the properties of the report to "snapshot". Does anyone know of a way to E-mail directly from Access? Thanks.
