E-Mail Footer?

Anyone know how to attach a footer to all outbound mail?

I now there is third party software, it just seems really expensive to add a few lines of text to the emails?

Hey bud,

This gets asked all the time in here (admittedly this forum doesnt search succsessfully).

Basically I don't think it is possible without a third party tool, as you say.

It seesm so expensive though! Why cant exchange incorporate something like that into it.. Makes sense?

It is possible if you want a kind of legal disclaimer or something. There's no graphical interface for this, you'll have to adjust a text file, but if you search the microsoft website for Q288098, you'll see what I mean.
