We have an e-mail group. This allows our members to send e-mails to different offices. If we receive a virus e-mail, INOC does not delete the virus. Realmonitor will only send an alert to our Inoculate server. Any idea how I can get it to register the virus and notify? Thanks,
Vince

Check your settings click on the real time monitor icon and under the 'Opttions' tag check the 'action upon virus detection' option - ensure this is set to 'cure file'

Belive it or not the default setting is 'broadcast - no action'

check it is also set for 'incomming & out going files'

Best of luck!

I checked those items, but they are just fine. Off-hand, I can't see anything that's not the same except that it is a group account and not it's own.

thanks for the info.

Vince Thanks,
Vince
