1. forget about monk script, everything is Java now.
2. New XSLT Collaboration Rules, I found it very usefull for data transformation. New Datatypes for ETD.
3. Development Environment
Collaboration Editor, Enterprise Manager, XSD Editor, eInsight and etc. now is one development shell @Enterprise Designer (it is based on Netbeans).
This shell has update manager (again like in NetBeans)
To install it on your developer machine, you have to download big zip file, unzip it and run runide.exe. By some reason they do not implemented it as a WebStart application.
