E-Business Suite 11i (11.5.10) on Windows XP Pro SP2.

Is is possible to install E-Business Suite 11i (11.5.10) on Windows XP Pro SP2. I heard that it may not be possible as we cannot set up Windows XP machine as a Domain. Is this true ? Are there any workarounds for this ?
