E&M Trunk Speech path

Hi Every body

I read about port to port test on E&M trunk Card. I would like to open speech path on 4 wire type II E&M trunk. I have the programming below. If I connect E lead from the first port to M lead and vis versa. Would this allow me to listen on the Rx (a radio out put or Mic) and talk to speaker on the Tx output at the same time. I punched the radio out put to the Rx or pos 2 of unit 0 on the card, I can listen radio voice when I dial the ACOD number. However, I could not make the Tx audio work. How can I talk and hear my voice on a speaker. When I call the ACOD it should open the speech path (full duplex) both on the Tx and Rx. Can some one please help me.
