E&M Tie Line

Dear all,

I tried to install E&M Tie line between two MD110 BC9 exchanges using TLU-80 ROF 137 5406/1 R10B and its working good. And now the customer needs to bind the other sites.
Is the TLU-80 ROF 137 5406/1 phased out or not? Can I use the new board (TLU-80 ROF 137 5406/11)?
The systems were BC3 then upgraded to BC9, and the mag. Type is BFD 364 001/1.
