E&M Linkstart MICS 4.1sw

I have a customer with a MICS 4.1sw with a T1 card. They are changing to a PRI. The provider wants me to change a setting in the system to E&M Linkstart. I have looked all over the system, hardware and maintenance but I cannot find where to change it. Could someone please help me. Thanks
