Dynamic form

Hi,
I'm trying to create a dynamic form that can automatically generate empty form fields based on the user input.

E.g. how many children do I have?
In form field I enter 2

Then the form generates 2 empty fields.

Is It Possible?

Sure is. Have an empty, invisible, ID'ed DIV under each "expandable" question. Evaluate the input using Javascript and add x number of text fields to the empty DIV, then show it.

There's a ton of Javascript examples out there that show how to do this; sorry I don't have the time to whip one up right now.
