Dynamic data validation list based on another data validation list 3

Can't find a solution for this in prior postings, however:
Col "A" has list of items that need to be associated with two attributes in Col "B" and Col "C"

Using data validation for Col "B", no problem.

However need to make the validation list dynamic in Col "C" based on the selection made in Col "B".

Have hundreds of options in Column "C" but this can be reduced to a managable number for users to select from if it's restricted based on the first selection made in col "B"

Only know Excel, don't know VB etc.

I often use MS Query to make list and sub lists. faq68-5829.

The selection from one list becomes a criteria in the next query.
