Please refer to above thread,
If I have AA setup to have callers press # and ext# the AA greeting continues playing after the # key is pressed (confusing the caller)if for example they press #500 the call will go directly to ext 500, but the greeting is heard throughout,
Any idea how to avoid this

I had this issue with 4.2.4, reported to Avaya and found it to be resolved in 4.2.11

The 4.2.11 upgrade did fix the problem
