Anyone have any experience with using DX8 in VisualStudio.NET? Anything special to setup, or library to use? Is the speed any different from VS6? Is it even possible in the first place? Thanks for any input. Darrell Mozingo

You can do directx in VS.NET, although it has a number of problems not going into it here.. but you can search the web there are sites with this info on it. But the best thing to do is wait/or find Directx 9 beta (which should be out for testing) this works for MS CLR/.Net stuff.

So I started to do something with Dx8.1 SDK under VB.NET,
but with the COM component support, the .NET does not load the 'modules' in the COM object (there is a plenty of them).
So therefore I could not use the functions, which are shipped with the component.
I could not find any method to load them. Is here anyone who can help me?
