DW 6000 accessing secure sites

To further elaborate on the problem: An employee who has a 4000 series Dway system is able to log on to secure site. The ping fails (employee.firstresponder.com if anyone else wants to try). The webpage itself trys to load but hangs with no conclusion (

https://employee.firstresponder.com/netscheduler).I

have tried all the different proxy settings and DNS configs but to no avail. Any other help would be appreciated.Direcway tech support did not help.

I currently have the DWay 4000 system, running NIS Firewall and did not have any problem with the login page loading completely. If you are running a firewall, then ensure that you have configured it to accept that site as a "trusted" site.
