DVX Plus Mach 1 Call fwd outside

I have a customer that has people working off site.
They want to have these people listed in the directory,callers can dial the extension number,then get transfered out the party off site. BUT they will not have a phone attached to that extension number.
Can this be done with this system?
Are there software extensions that can be fwded outside?

You would actually program this through the voicemail system.

create a voicemail subscriber, and do a forward all calls to the outside number.

That is if you are using a talkpath or pathfinder system..
