DVX Plus Mach 1 and auto att. troubles

Hello all,
I took over a Mach 1 system with the Vodavi digital mail(blue), everything was fine until they wanted the calls to be answered by the auto att. I sent the call to H450D w/114 & 115(voicemail ports). Sometimes I get the greeting and most of the time I get please enter the mailbox number of the person you are trying to reach. I've tried the ksu time control, menu mode with no luck. What am I missing?
Any help would be great!

Make sure each port answers with the greeting you want call each one individually. Go into the vm and make sure voice line are set to go to the correct menu ex. 100 if you only have one greeting and not time control. Check the CO programming and make sure each line is set to go to 450A.

Thanks for the response, turned out to be a faulty hard drive.
Replace, reprogrammed and all is good.
