I was messing around in the Sys Pgm -> Extensions -> Group Cover and maybe the Sys Pgm -> Extensions -> Group Calling areas of the system and broke something.

We can no longer DVM (Direct Voice Mail) and when a call comes into a line, it never rings through to voice mail either. It just goes back to the receptionist.

I don't know what I did, but when I go into the Group Cover area, all of my extensions are "lit" as though they ARE in the cover group 30.

Any insights would be great.

Look at Extensions > More > Group Calling > Group Cover and make sure that Cover Group 30 is Assigned to your Voice Mail Calling Group.

Like this? (I don't want to screw anything else up.)

Extensions > More > Group Calling > GrpCoverage

Enter extension number of Group:

770

Enter coverage group number:

30

I did what I mentioned above and I THINK it fixed the problem. Thanks merlinman.

If it turns out it's still broken, I will be messaging back. THANKS AGAIN!
