DuVoice and IPO SE 9.1.6 Questions

Is anyone familiar with integrating a DuVoice hospitality system ( Hotel) with an IP Office SE 9.1.6..

I am doing 1st one and wanted to ask a few questions about some of the things/issues I see.. Particular how it changes the status of an extension and why I need to reconcile every time it changes.

Any info is appreciated..

 
Sort of.. But it does not go into detail as to why, when the station status say from check out to check in gets changed and it moves user from one user rights to another why the reconciliation or replace message comes up the next time you open manager..

Seems like that is should not happen since people are always checking in and checking out of a hotel. ( If that makes sense)?

 
I have recently done an integration and from my understanding, you are opening Manager after DuVoice had made changes to programming. That is why that window pops up, so I have always selected retain. I am not sure if you had to apply the patch for allowing transfer to voicemail upon no answer or busy. We had to do that and caused new issues that Avaya is currently looking into. After applying that patch SIP to PRI failover stopped working, upon hard reboot of the controllers like a power outage, the IP address for web socket SCN connection changes to the LAN 2 address. We will have to re-point the remote licensing address as well. All in all, this wasn't a smooth install as we have hoped. Good luck!
 
My set up isn't affected by short code issue. My hg and all users are on same system and nothing goes across SCN so I am not using short codes to forward. Also, in taking with support the reconcile message will appear when Duvoice make a status change to a user. Working as designed so to speak.. Annoying but, customer can deal with it.
