Hi

Please could someone help with this problem.

I have a report, which basically creates a delivery label based on a delivery note number a user enters.

The user also has to enter how many boxes or items are to be delivered and this just shows on the report as the parameter field.

The problem is that at the moment this only produces a single label or page, which has the number that the user has entered but what i need to do is duplicate or copy the pages depending on the number the user enters.

So for example say the user enters 5 items then when the report runs i want it to create 5 pages with the same delivery info but with the number of items field changing from 1 to 5.

I am using Crystal Reports v9.

Thanks

How do you get the data onto the report? using table or a Stored Proc.

If Using Tables, could you conevet he process into a Stored Procedure?

If you can do that that there is a way to achieve what you need.

I use tables, i have never created or used stored procedures.
How or where would i convert the process into a Stored Procedure and How could i then use this within Crystal?

Thanks
