Duplicate Reporting in CMS

I have had reports that there are duplicate entries in CMS in two areas.

The First
When running an interval report on an individual agent, there would be duplicate interval times. The agent has one skill, and is not logging out/in at whim. We do not use ACW Codes- Agents are either auto-in or aux-work.

The Second
When running an group, skill or vdn report, it sometimes shows duplicate agent information. The second slot of info often has all zeros in the various fields except for RONA which gives a value of 1...

I can send examples of reports that are doing this.

We have ran into the same problem that Ariadne is having. Has anyone solved this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
