Hello,

Usually people complain about duplicate records but I am requesting the opposite.
I have many PO Items connected to my purchase order. Each PO Item has a "received qty". I want to duplicate the PO Item by the received qty:

So if PO Item "1" has 20 received qty it should appear 20 times in the report. How can this be achieved with grouping..

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated!

I don't think it can be done by grouping. You could do it if you added an extra dataset to the database with one record for occurance. That's probably not what you want.

The only alternative I see is to do an extra 19 Detail Sections, copying and suppressing based on occurance. Right-click on the detail section and choose Format Section to get to these choices.

It also helps to give your Crystal version - 8, 8.5, 9, 10, 11 or whatever. Methods sometimes change between versions, and higher versions have extra options. In this case, it probably makes no difference.

"What version of URGENT!!! are you using?

Hi Dgillz,

The solution you provided is exactly my issue. But how do I create a REPEATER View in MSSQL 2000. I do not want to manually enter in the numbers every time into a table. A Vuiew would be much better.

Crystal reports version 8.5 and will upgrade report to XI later..

Thanks
