MAS90 ver 4.20, Crystal Reports V10.

We are implementing a new look to all of our forms. When I modified the "STANDARD" forms for pick list, order print and invoice I have the same glitch on each one. The last 1-6 line items on one page, are duplicated on the next page.

It's not duplicating the values, as all the formulas and totals are correct. They just get printed twice. I know this is tied to changing the spacing to get more items on the page, I just can't figure out what is controlling it.

On the order print for example, the last 6 line items on page 1 print as the first 6 on page 2.

What did you do to modify it? Add another table?

The changes were basically cosmetic:
Text size, font, boxes and lines
Changed the section spacing to show more data.
Added a couple new formula and data fields to display some info that isn't in the standard pre-made form.
Removed some fields I didn't need to display.

All the data fields are right out of the original form work tables. No new tables or db's were added.

That means that something you changed mucked up the form. You can try to change just one thing at a time; then you'll know what change affected it.

I had this same problem when modifying a SO and INV form. What happened was when I increased the size of the sections (and I believe the footer sections in particular) it through the detail lines out of wack and caused the duplicate on the next page.

I finally did get an answer from our reseller.

It's a "known bug" caused by the "Page n of m" field or "Total page count."

When I replaced it with just the page number and removed the number of pages the problem went away.

I had wanted the number of pages on the report and had added that information during the course of the modifications to the stock report. I thought it sort of odd that the stock report didn't have it, but in the end, that's what caused the undesired page breaks and repitition of data.
