Hi,
Having done a migration of SBS2K3 to new hardware we have a problem with our OST files.
Some users who have created sub-folders in their inbox have "lost" their subfolders. Scanost & mfcmapi displays that the users mailbox has 2 Inbox folders (one of which has the "lost" subfolders), 2 sent items folders etc. but I cannot "merge" them or get the correct inbox to display.
I have run scanost but even after "re-syncing" the sub-folders are not displayed,
I have renamed the original ost file and let outlook & exchange re-sync but no joy,
I have disabled and re-enabled offline caching but no joy,
I have run MFCMapi and the folders are not "hidden"
Any ideas please?
