Duplicate from SQL to Crystal

I make an application in visual basic. I create a SQL recordset and this sent to me a 33,511 records when i call my report this have 33,526 records. I thing that i have this problem becuase is to large the range and for tried this i create other sql for 29,000 this is find but i create another of 312 records and this sent to me 327.
I saw the report. This have dupplicates records but is not the same record when i call the report.
Somebody now about this?

My recordset is assign by this lines

rsplanta select * from ?
CrRep.Database.SetDataSource rsPlanta

I have truedbgrid and show me the exact count of records in the recordset, but i still have problem in my report.
