Duplicate folder names in same folder.

I am seeing a strange issue on a Windows 2003(Standard)Sp2.

32 Users home drive folders all with the same folder name of "Documents" in the same directory when looking in Windows.
A properties of the folders in explorer shows then called "Documents" in Dos they show as the users sign on id correctly.

When I renamed 1 of the folders to the users sign on name all 32 folders changed too.
Has anyone see this issue.

What kind of profiles are you running?

We do not run roming profiles.
But do mirror

c:\documents and settings\My Document
c:\documents and settings\My Pictures
c:\documents and settings\My Music

To there home drive

Windows Vista redirection was causing the problem.
