Duplicate Emails

Hi Everyone,
I have an annoying problem. We (everyone in our Post Office) are receiving duplicates of email. They are sent 1 every hour. Most of our users do not have any special rule establish on their mailbox. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Just clear the Defer and work Directory
the problamatic mail will be saved there
The WPGATE\GWIA\DEFER directory is used to store message files that the GWIA cannot immediately deliver.

you may view the mail through notepad and confirm it is the same mail which is getting duplicated

for me this procedure worked
deleted those mails in defer and work directory almost some 3 times
.its not yet come back

I have the same problem but it is internal users who are getting duplicate email. Any clues?
