Any tips on how to duplicate a record while in an Access form or can you or must you duplicate a record while in a table only? Thanks,,

depends on if your record set has a prmary key or not but could be as simple as


DoCmd.DoMenuItem acFormBar, acEditMenu, 8, , acMenuVer70
DoCmd.DoMenuItem acFormBar, acEditMenu, 2, , acMenuVer70
DoCmd.DoMenuItem acFormBar, acEditMenu, 5, , acMenuVer70 'Paste Append
