Is there a setting somewhere to duplex VoIP?

I have to offices with a 16 channel VoIP card in a TDA600 and TDA200. Both sides also have the echo canceller installed.

If both parties are talking at the same time, they can't hear each other because the audio cuts out.

maby you have the codec set too low or set diferent on each site.set both sites to G711 and work backwards.

Both sides are set for G.711A as priority 1 and G.729A as priority 2.

(Probably not related but home offices using an IP-EXT card work OK when talking at the same time).

Do you set echo canceller on both KX-TDA0490 in 1.3.5?
And try set low gain in 1.3.6 for PCM -> LAN and LAN -> PCM on both sides.

Echo canceller is set to 48ms on both sides.
Gain levels are set to 0 on both sides.

Hello !
Remove ( disable ) one of echo-canceller . If it is work two of them they may cause a loop and then you have noise .
