I have a large manual of several chapters that often needs updates or corrections sent to users. They must replace corrected page in their manuals. The problem is that I can not duplex print selected pages. The printer is set up for duplex but only prints to one side when selecting a series of pages. It attempts to duplex but leaves a blank back and then a blank front. I've tried outputting to a pdf file and printing duplex. That works but Adobe Acrobat doesn't convert bullets from Pagemaker correctly.
The pages have colored graphics that are printed on a HP4500N. I can print an entire document in duplex but not selected pages. This wastes a lot of paper to get a few colored pages in duplex.

The only thing i can suggest is to make sure you have an even number of pages selected, and then make sure long edge feed, or short edge feed is correct, if something is off when you chose your options, it will print, just not back to back. You probably already know that but...

Jim: I think, this depends on the page definition in the
document settings, which results in the arrangement
of the masterpages.
Here we have three options:
Single pages, double pages left/right and double pages
faced. (retranslated from German) .
One option should do the job.
Not much help ... Gernot
