Under Windows 2000 about once a week I will recieve a BSOD with the message that it's dumping physical memory to disk and I should contact my system administrator at which point the computer reboots after the count gets to 100. I got BSOD's of a slighty different nature under Win 98 with about the same frequency. I think it's related to bad RAM but I'm not really sure. I tried to find something on the internet but there was very little out there. The only thing I could find is to try reseating your RAM and processor. Before I tried that I though I would see if anyone has seen this or has any great ideas on what the problem could be. It's difficult to trouble shoot since it does it so infrequently. It happens sometimes even when no applications are running and it's just sitting at the desktop. It seems to be completly random. Any ideas?
