dump problem

Hi ,
I have a problem in a client in BC11 sp6. I am trying to make a DUSYI, but is not possible to do it, always it fails in the same unit of program. the program is FAM 2 in the lim 2.I am trying to restart this program but the result is the same.

What can i do???

I work with deividos and we have tried to do that. We have tried to change the HDU too and it´s not possible to make a DUSYI.We have tried to restart the bup, drdh and drdm units andwe have change the synchronism too.

Have you tried a RFEXI? Or tried to do one push button on LPU.
I had this problem in the past and if I remeber well these to option were able to cure the problem.

This is not problem of FAM2, this is problem with connection to LIM2. FAM2 is the first common program unit, which is not located in LIM1.

We know that it´s problem of the connection to the Lim 2, but we don´t know which could be the problem because they are in the same room and with 2 PCM among them. Does someone know why it could fail?

try to restart following unit

rfpui:unit=INR,lim=ALL;

now retry dump

if that fails I would do a RFEXI (make sure you have a backup, if not take a cust.dat printout of your system)

We have already reset the INR and it didn´t solve our problem.

Any more idea?

try to block one of the two links. dump again.
if this doesn't help. try the RFEXI (make cust.dat backup first)
