Dumb Question I guess. Pageing on BCM 400 1

We have a BCM 400 using Element Manager 60.2.0
I have read and re-read the Admin guide. Searched the Nortel Website. Where can you go to see who is in which Page Zone??? I can configure the Zone number on each phone but how can you see who is in which zone and how do you configure those zones? This site was set-up whenI arrived and I am trying to fix issues on the fly. Next challenge is Dial by name feature....

You define page zone in capabilities of each set.All sets are on page zone 1 by default then you can assign each set to be in zone 1,2,3,4,5 or 6.
The dial by name is very simple, feature code is 988 then you enter the person's first or last name.Only users that have a mailbox are available on this feature because the system look for the name of the mailbox and not on the set itself.

Thanks for the input.MY other experience with PBX was on on Mitel many years ago. I was hoping I could view who was on a certain page zone without going to the indivual active sets.

I know what you mean, in Mitel you can see the entire page group versus the bcm you have to go set by set.
Sometimes easier to default to Page zone 1 by doing a copy-paste of the capabilities then assigning some in page zone 2.
