Im trying to set a FWD from a number on our PRI to a cell phone after a certain number of rings. Right now i have the number in the Forward Number field, have FWD on no answer checked and internal calls checked. It rings twice in the office then goes to the number I have in there. Its working fine,
But he wants it to go to his cell after 6 rings....where is this option?
Telelphony tab, I changed the no answer time to 30 sec? Is this the wrong option.
I also tried coverage time too, not sure if that does it at all?
Any suggestions?
