Dumb FWD Question

Im trying to set a FWD from a number on our PRI to a cell phone after a certain number of rings. Right now i have the number in the Forward Number field, have FWD on no answer checked and internal calls checked. It rings twice in the office then goes to the number I have in there. Its working fine,

But he wants it to go to his cell after 6 rings....where is this option?

Telelphony tab, I changed the no answer time to 30 sec? Is this the wrong option.

I also tried coverage time too, not sure if that does it at all?

Any suggestions?

 
The no answer time is the one you need
But the default 15 seconds is too short
The cell phone does not have the time to ring and then the call goes back to the phone
Increas it to 30 seconds

This FWD doesnt have to be activated does it? I mean it just FWDs on no answer....right?
 
Forward on no answer must be set (the number must be in)

Make sure you disable the VM option or extend out the VM answer time to beyond the forward time.
 
There is no voicemail answer time on a user :)
