dublicated control

hello everybody,

dublicated control is not working. for testing firstly
we use dcssp and be sure that dublicated is working correctly.

then we pull out the lpu5 of the executing side.
stand-by side bacomes executing side
after 15 seconds we can take the dial tone again.
until now everything is normal.

but after 1-2 minutes new executing side fails. the red
and the green leds of the lpu 5 lights.then no dial tone
until we restart the system.

our cabling is the same with the picture from the alex
what can be done?

Well you had to check many things. Is this a new installation? If yes, check all harware you use also check the cables part number. I cannot visualize what is going on to your switch. What revision is it?

yes it is a new installation. for the customer acceptance
we tested redundancy by pulling out the lpu5 of the EXE magazine. The system is BC12 SP6.We checked all the cables one by one.also all the boards are working.

did you test redundancy by pulling out the lpu5 board before?

Hello Winston oops, I mispelled your name.. never mind. You don't need to pull out the board since this will never happen in real life scenario. I am testing duplication by pressing lpu button and via command. Be sure you give the system enough time before doing the second test or else you will accidentally reload the whole LIM. About the fault, did you try to delete the duplication and initiate it back? Try this. But before you initiate it back, besure you ALREI and HIREI the system. If still faulty, post the ALLOP and HIMDP also DCSSP.
