dual wan with NAT

Can someone provide some example configuration for configuration of a ios router (2600) with 2 wan interfaces (ethernet) and failover for nat?

eth0
ip 83.xx.xx.1 / 24
primary wan interface (nat outside)

eth1
ip 243.xx.xx.2 / 26
backup/secondary wan interface (nat outside)

fastethernet0
ip 192.168.0.2 / 24
lan interface , nat inside

I want to have "nat failover" when eth0 fails. I have no problems having the routes changed (ip sla + track rtr), but I do not know how to change the nat settings.

Nat "failover" is OK, load balancing would be great!
I do not have control of the "gateway networks" (ISP)

I do nat see any NAT in those pages.. I already have the ip sla and track part figured out..
