The Hospitality (or Hotel) Application is a product sold by ///. There are also some external vendor's (e.g Diavox Inc.)programs included, but most of it is pure Ericsson.
If you are able to go to Ericsson Internet site, all the information is there! The parallel ringing actually is only a small part of the application, but the idea is to have MDN's ringing, and just by lifting the handset (no key pressing) to have the call answered, of course the MDN'd phone rings, too.
