Morning,
I am having some issues with an XP Pro. dual monitor setup. Screen One, on the left shows all my typical desk top icons, and screen two is only wallpaper. At this point all is fine, the only thing I would like different is to have the quick launch toolbar available on screen two. When I right click on screen two nothing happens. Any ideas would be great.

XP treats both monitors as one very wide monitor so the quick launch bar will only appear in one (unless it is a very long quick launch bar).

You can make up a new toolbar with the same quick launch apps and put it on the 2nd screen.

ATI and I suspect some others cheated on multi-monitor support by stretching the screen as described by xwb. Then their "Hydravision" software would divide this virtual single 2x desktop between two monitors. This is not native multi-monitor support.

The real multi-monitor support in Windows puts the task-bar only in the primary monitor. The extended monitors are plain and "taskbarless". There is no other way natively to add another taskbar to the extended monitor.

Use a third-party utility as discussed earlier.
