dual internet connections

I have a client with adsl and cable he wants to combine both connetions for his 4 pc network so of one fails the other will keep him on the net can this be done with 2 nics on each system and 2 linksys routers?

Far wiser would be to get a dual WAN router, so you can use both for more (total) speed as well (no single download gets faster, but multiple downloads at the same time do not interfere)

we tried to us a xincom dual wan router and all was well exept a charting program that would not update the customer is not looking for speed he is looking for redundancy
