Dual Attendant Console

I have a Option 11 running Succession 3.0. I have two attendant consoles programmed on the same digital card. One of the consoles does not ring all the time. Is there a problem with programming two consoles on the same digital card?

Nope, but I would not recommend putting them on both cards but thats obviously dependent on how many spare Cards/TN's you have available

Ideally you should connect 2 TN's for Primary/Secondary together with 3 other power TN's (These ones could be spread)

Do you have any thoughts explaining why one of the consoles does not seem to ring all the time?

If the LDN isn't ringing, then remove it and add it back in again. This was a bug on some of the older software versions.
