Hi, can you help me to find where to download the utility DtsRunDec.exe? I don't have C installed, so I'm searching for the exe file.

If you have installed Sql Server you should find DTSRun.exe at "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\Binn"

I'm serching dtsrunDEC.exe, not DtsRun.exe.

dtsrunDEC is not a native tool shipped with SQL Server. It's a 3rd party tool use to decrypt DTSrun parameters. Because of the security risk of decrypting a DTSrun parameter we would not be able to tell you where to find or how to use it.
