DTS: Import from SybaseDB doesn't work

Hi there,
i'm new to sqldb anyway, please be kind..

i have a problem with the MS DTS Service. It stops my Import from a SybaseDB with a simple "unknown error" msg box.

checklist:
- ODBC "Adaptive Server Anywhere 7" Driver configured? yes (pushing testbutton = ok)
- connect via dts? yes (can look up sybasetable and -data in previewbox)
- dts is creating new table in sql 7? yes
- moving data from sybase to sql 7? *eeehk* no (this is where the error msg comes up)

The table has an id (bigint) and some stringrelated stuff.

Do i have to transform some datatypes like date; time or something else? And how should i do that? Is my ODBC Driver like screwed up or a wrong version?

any help would be great

Hi there,

i fixed it myself.

I got the wrong ODBC Driver (Sybase Adaptive Server 7.00.13.x). With the Driverversion 7.00.00.313 it worked all fine....

it is that driver from the zenworks companion cd 2...
